How do I find my booking on the Ryanair website?
In order to find your booking on the Ryanair website, you’ll need to enter the check-in details shown in My Trips under the Trip details of your booking.
Please note that the email address provided will not be the same one you used to make the booking. This is to avoid possible delays or confirmation issues when airlines have complex booking or check-in processes. It also helps minimise unnecessary data sharing when possible.
Follow the steps below to find your booking:
- Go to My Trips
- Find your booking and select Trip details to see your booking details
- Go to the Ryanair website
- Select My Bookings
- Select the Reservation number option
- Enter the reservation number & alternative email address shown in Trip details
- Select Retrieve your booking
How do I check in with eDreams?
We know that dealing with the check-in process can be stressful, which is why you can request for us to manage your check-in for you via our website or app.
- We check you in the moment the airline permits it, increasing your chances of securing a better seat.
- We help protect your trip from overbooking issues that can affect last-minute travelers.
- You avoid expensive airport check-in fees and the hassle of long queues.
How does it work?
- We check you in automatically as soon as the airline’s check-in window opens.
- You’ll receive your final boarding pass(es) in both the app and your email inbox, no later than 8 hours before you fly.
- You get to enjoy a stress-free departure day.
If not, you can check in manually in our app or on our website as soon as your booking is confirmed. Here’s how:
- Go to My Trips
- Log in or enter your email and eDreams booking reference
- Select your Ryanair booking and then Check in or Complete check-in details
- Enter the passenger details for everyone in your booking
- Accept the check-in policies to request your boarding pass(es)
We recommend using our app for a quicker check-in process.
When will I get my boarding passes?
We’ll send you your boarding pass(es) via email starting 24 hours before departure, which is when Ryanair opens their check-in window. Depending on processing times, you may not receive them until up to 8 hours before departure at the latest.
Your boarding pass(es) will also be available in the eDreams app, under Trip Details.
What happens if Ryanair requests verification?
If Ryanair asks to verify your identity during check-in with us, we’ll notify you via email. This email will include your Ryanair booking reference, along with the other details you need to provide for the verification process.
Please complete verification online as soon as possible. If you’ve requested our automatic check-in service, we can’t check you in automatically until your verification is completed. Once you’ve finished, we’ll automatically try to check you in again.
To get started, go to Ryanair’s customer verification page using the link in your email.
